“I have banked here since the early 1990s when it was still Miners Bank. Every time I go here, I see a new face amongst the tellers, and they look like they are right out of high school. Maybe hire tellers who are a bit older and might appreciate the job and stick around for longer than a month. Also, I am not sure why Lee Ann was promoted from teller to assistant branch manager because everytime I dealt with her as a teller, she ranged anywhere from indifferent to slightly rude towards me.”

“Last week I needed assistance to complete a banking transaction immediately and having recently moved to the Lewisburg area this branch was the closest Santander Bank to my home. Despite scathing reviews and misinformation that this branch like many others was closed I called them hoping for the best. When Tiffany W. answered the phone and identified herself as a banker at this location I was very, very relieved. We discussed my banking need and she let me know that despite being short-staffed following the Thanksgiving weekend she would make herself available to help me out. Well, she did. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable. I took all the time needed to answer my questions. This turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Santander is lucky to have her as a representative of their banking business.”
