I love Macys for online shopping. There aren't many people working in the store itself. Their shipping and return policies are very good.

Maria from fine jewelry is the sweetest! I came in with no receipt and a beautiful piece of jewelry and she helped me return it and made the process so easy! She is the best. I appreciate her patience with me. Shoutout Maria! You rock!
