She is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and honestly seems like she really loves what she does and cares about you as a customer as well as a person. I really appreciate that State Farm still has local agents that you can speak with rather than having to access everything through an app or by calling an 800 number and speaking with someone at a call center who knows where.
