“Someone backed into us & damaged the back quarter panel of our car. I didn't realize how much work it was to fix. They had to replace the rear quarter panel & a small strip that went between the roof & doors from front to back. It was all 1 piece. It looks fantastic & brand new. The hubcap was scratched/damaged. They missed nothing. They replaced that as well. We are very happy with the service & end results. Everyone we dealt with was nice & helpful. Hopefully, we won't need collision repair again BUT if we do they are the first place we are going.”
“Our vehicle was sent to Biter's for repairs after a collision. It was our first time dealing with repairs through insurance and all the hassle that comes along with that. The staff here was amazing. April, the secretary explained things to me that the insurance company left me confused about. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of and they handled all the extra work. She's very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer all of my million questions without any issue. Her communication is top tier, she called me right back if she ever missed a phone call from me, even when I didn't leave a voicemail! I got to meet Todd when I dropped off payment and he was exceptionally kind and even made sure to remind me to have my children's carseats replaced. He did a superior job with the repairs, and they even cleaned the interior that had coffee splattered everywhere from the collision. The vehicle looks brand new again, inside and out! My family is rather new to the area so we are happy to have found a quality business we can use for future repairs if needed.”

“I rear ended someone and someone had recommended them. Forgive me, I can’t remember his name—but they did an estimate on how much it would be to fix my car.It was going to be over $2000. So instead of having them do the work, I used my money to purchase a new vehicle.However, so I got new plates and everywhere and I basically had nowhere to park my severely damaged but still running car. We did not have a house or driveway and had narrow one way street parking.They were seriously the best in hooking me up with a buyer who would buy my car from me and I could get the title transferred over.I was able to keep my car there for probably a month or longer before we were able to get the title transfer. I had to cancel my insurance so I couldn’t drive it and they let me park it there and keep it there. I was showing up every week with another concern and they always helped and never made me feel bad.Honestly, they took care of me, a 24 year old woman who had no clue how to navigate this situation. These guys are honest in my opinion and it’s not the place I would’ve picked and honestly I don’t remember how I found them.They helped me so much. I am really thankful these guys helped me through my car debacle. It was 2017 when they assisted me.”
