“It only took us two years after getting married to finally write this review — which honestly feels on brand, because once the wedding was over, we just kept reliving how perfect the day was instead of putting it into words! 😄

From the moment we first saw the property, we knew it gave us exactly the wedding atmosphere we had hoped for: that beautiful farm-style charm with all the modern comforts you actually need to enjoy the day. The outdoor spaces are absolutely stunning, and the indoor areas are just as beautiful — every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed and picture-perfect.

We had our wedding on a very hot day in June, so having an outdoor ceremony while knowing the reception barn/hall had air conditioning made such a huge difference. It gave us the best of both worlds: the natural outdoor beauty we wanted and the comfort our guests definitely appreciated during the reception.

One of the things that truly stood out was the hospitality we received from Jessica and the staff. Jessica was wonderful throughout the process — kind, helpful, and clearly invested in making sure everything went smoothly. The staff on the wedding day carried that same energy, and it made such a difference in how relaxed and cared for we felt.

The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready — spacious, comfortable, and ideal for holding all of the ladies without feeling crowded. The men’s suite was equally great: subtle, clean, and aesthetically pleasing without trying too hard, which made it a great space for photos and getting ready as well.

I also loved participating in the leave-a-bottle tradition — such a unique and meaningful touch that made the venue feel even more special and memorable.

One detail I never originally imagined having at our wedding was a carriage, but once I saw how beautiful it looked on the property, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. It added such a romantic element, and having a venue that offers the space and setting for something like that is truly such a blessing.

The fountain also deserves its own mention because it added such an elegant and beautiful presence to our photos. It became one of those background details that elevated so many pictures without us even realizing how much we’d love it until afterward.

This venue gave us so many beautiful memories, and even two years later, we still talk about how grateful we are that we chose it. 🤍”

“We used Chateau Ponies for my daughter’s unicorn themed 4th birthday and they were absolutely phenomenal. The ponies were so friendly and wonderful. All the kids had a ball and everyone got to ride multiple times. Very easy to coordinate and communication was wonderful. The staff were superb and so kind too. Everyone was raving about it and the smile on my daughter’s face was absolutely priceless— I think this birthday will be a hard one to top!!! THANK YOU for an unforgettable day!”

“We hosted our event at Beale Manor last night and truly could not have asked for a better venue. The Victorian mansion perfectly captured the vibe the recently married couple was hoping for; elegant, warm, and fun all at the same time.
One of the things we loved most was having access to both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Everything flowed so nicely between the mansion and the tented outdoor area. Inside was beautiful with hardwood floors, fireplaces, tons of natural light, a dance floor, and comfortable seating for up to 80 guests. It created such a great atmosphere without needing much extra decor.
Outside was just as wonderful. The tented space easily fit our tables and dance floor, and the lawn area was perfect for games and for the kids to run around all evening. The lighting at night made everything feel so magical.
We also really appreciated the flexibility Beale Manor offers. We were able to bring in our own food while also adding a pizza truck for the evening, which made everything feel very personalized and fun for our guests. We also took advantage of their bartender option; we supplied the alcohol and their team kept the drinks flowing all night, which worked out perfectly.
From the beginning, communication was excellent. The team was friendly, accommodating, and patient with all of my questions. They met with me multiple times and made sure everything felt easy and organized throughout the planning process.
The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and the beauty of the venue.
The only small caveat I would mention is that the outside of the mansion could use a little refreshing and TLC. But honestly, once you walk inside, all of that fades away. The interior, atmosphere, and charm completely won us over and created such a beautiful setting for the evening.
We had such an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend Beale Manor to anyone looking for a unique and welcoming event space.”
