“Had to stop by this store and pickup a package that I missed at my home yesterday that was delivered when I was not around. First I did not know the storr was even there, the experience was great! Fast, professional and very organized for a little store with what looks like a very lot going on inside. If you need something shipped, stop by this place.”
“Any jokes about post office inefficiency do not apply to this location. My wife and I went here to get our first passports. We expected this to be a long process. It wasn't. Mark, the clerk who helped us, actually had us finished before the time our appointment was scheduled for. I'm glad this is my Post Office.”
“Had my wedding seating chart printed here. I had sent the order in late at night and got a call the next day that somehow a black line was running down the center. Lucas told me they would cancel and refund me so I could redo it. Mike (I believe that was his name) also checked it before printing to confirm no error or black lines. They didn't have to call over the black line, didn't have to check it before reprinting but they did. And the customer service I received (being proactive to fix my printing issue) is why they deserve 5 stars. Thank you!”
“We've been working with Slavia Printing since we opened our business 9 years ago. They are the best of the best. The best prices, the best quality, the best service. Lightning fast turnaround. Talented designers. High quality products. I was moved to write this review because yesterday morning, I sent over a PDF of an invitation to a client appreciation event and asked if there was any way we could get 600 copies by early next week, adding that I knew it was short notice but just wanted to check. The owner showed up in my office later that same afternoon, beautifully printed invitations in hand. WOW! Now that's what you get when you deal directly with the owner of a family business. Slavia has done a fine job on an array of projects for us: letterhead, envelopes, invitations, napkins, giant banners and signage - anything we've needed, they've delivered. Wouldn't go anywhere else!”
“I traveled from Homestead just to come here. Post office errands are almost always a nightmare and this was the only post office in the region with a favorable rating. I was not disappointed! The clerk on duty was Nick who was kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable of the products and services offered and I was able to purchase exactly what I needed. Thanks again and I will definitely be back for my postage needs!”
“I used to be able to walk to the post office. Now it is just a short drive away in their new building. Staff is still extremely friendly, as well as carrier to my home. Would have been 5 star review, but building designer did not install a “drive-up” mailbox outside at the new building (as they had one at the old building). You have to park and get out of your car to go deposit mail into the outside box (troublesome if you have a physical disability). Just a little more “user friendly” and convenient with a drive-up drop box.”

“My fiancé and I needed to print all of the signage for our wedding last minute and were blown away by how helpful Mike at FedEx was. He walked us through the whole process, made it extremely easy for us and was able to print everything with time to spare. Can't recommend this place enough!”
“Disaster averted! I ordered my bridal shower invitations online through canva and picked them up in store. I realized I hadn’t ordered enough so I used the quick print to order a few more. Kris was very helpful to show me how to use the printer and change the settings to print the way I needed it to. The other employee, Deondre, was very helpful to answer my questions and helped me cut the 8.5x11 paper down to the 5x7 invitation sizes I needed. All services were given with a smile and I felt very comfortable asking questions. Kris also gave advice on the best way to order next time- which I will definitely be ordering prints here again!
Edit: I ordered here again- some signage and bridal shower games. I had another very easy experience and was greeted with the same very friendly staff as before! Highly recommend!!!”

“I don't get some of the reviews here, people seem to complain about the most petty things. They've always been good to me. I've had a couple issues or missing items across the years but they were always helpful in finding them and everything typically got resolved. I stick with USPS because even if the prices have gone up, the price still can't be beat from competitors in most cases. Thank you!”

“In search of a post office near me or on the way to work that was open before I had to start work. I lucked out finding this post office that opens at 8am Monday thru Friday (and 9 on Sat) and is very convenient for me. It was exactly a month before Christmas and I had all my presents wrapped and packaged way early because I had perishables. I had every single package with me meaning multiple trips to the car. Ed was very helpful, fast, and efficient getting me in and out in a flash with as little fuss and hassle as possible. He was polite and cordial and experienced in his position. I am most appreciative!”
“I called about a parcel that wasn't delivered and the tracking information just dead-ended showing that it left PGH but then nothing, it never arrived in Monongahela.... I called Monongahela post office to inquire about the parcel and a man (I think his name was Dan) answered. He didn't treat me like I was annoying him or wasting his time. He looked into the parcel for me and actually called me back with an update and told me he would continue to try to help locate the missing parcel. Super friendly and super helpful which is commendable when post-offices are often short-staffed and super busy. Stellar service.”
