“After another local mechanic kept me hanging for 3 weeks, I remembered Randy's. His shop had changed the oil in my Honda a few months ago, I was happy with them then and they have good reviews. Went into the shop, spoke with Randy himself, he was unsure of how much it would cost to replace a part of the HVAC system. I I asked nervously, will it be over $1, 000? He laughed and said NOPE. His reputation precedes him, his shop is immaculate, his front desk staffer, a blonde lady with the patience of a saint made this an easy transaction. When I showed up at 8:00 a.m., I said I would wait until the car was done.
Randy was a little dubious saying well we're pretty full up today it might be this afternoon. I said that's just fine, I do this all the time. 2.5 hours later, it was announced that my car was done, and the total was $115 less then the first shiftless mechanic shop. Very happy with Randy's shop, highest recommendations, you can feel confident that they will take care of you. As far as the shiftless shop goes, that's another review for another time.

“Wanted to thank NAPA Gettysburg for going above and beyond for me last week. Stopped in looking for a fuel pump for a box truck, unfortunately box trucks can be modified after they leave the factory. Mine was and the fuel pump the computer called for wasn’t correct. Thankfully Rich and Jim started researching and after examining my old pump were able to find the exact replacement for me. Years of experience right there and it showed. “I got pulled over because of my registration. The officer for some reason decided to have my car in pounded. When I showed up a couple days later to see what I was looking at I found out it was almost $600. Due to the fact of me just emptying out my account to put my security deposit, etc. I was broke and didn’t get paid for another week. A few days later, I get a phone call from B&C asking what my plans were with my car. I explained what was going on at the moment and why I hadn’t been there to get it. Well the gentleman said if I made a payment, he would work with me. Never have I heard of someone doing that. Most people just want the money.”

“Called ahead for a transmission, it took just moments for them to verify it was there. I arrived and the facility was very clean and extremely organized, it took just minutes for the part to be brought out of the warehouse and I was assisted with loading it into my car. Even the transmission was clean, I didn't wear gloves picking it up and got no dirt on myself at all. I had an excellent experience. I'm not sure what the people that are complaining are doing wrong but this place is excellent.”
“Just found this place! What a well organized yard! I needed a t5 out of a mustang and they picked it and threw it up on a lift for me to strip. What a great experience. My new favorite junkyard. I can’t wait to explore the rest!

“I've been going to Scott's regularly for about 3 years now. They have always been extremely helpful, kind, and affordable. I have always felt as though I can ask questions and they will answer them thoroughly and factual.
One time, I was having issues with my car's air conditioning and they troubleshooted the issue and quoted me $1,200.00. I agreed to the price and when they opened it up, they found the issue was minor, called me up and explained everything. They then only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the minor repair required. They could have replaced parts unnecessarily and charged me the full $1,200.00, I wouldn't have known either way. The fact that they were so honest, shows that they take pride in their work and appreciate their customers.
They were amazing even before that particular repair, but after that they gained a customer for life.
Great with oil changes, tire replacements, and repairs. I would highly recommend you book an appointment for their services.”
