“I've been going to Scott's regularly for about 3 years now. They have always been extremely helpful, kind, and affordable. I have always felt as though I can ask questions and they will answer them thoroughly and factual.
One time, I was having issues with my car's air conditioning and they troubleshooted the issue and quoted me $1,200.00. I agreed to the price and when they opened it up, they found the issue was minor, called me up and explained everything. They then only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the minor repair required. They could have replaced parts unnecessarily and charged me the full $1,200.00, I wouldn't have known either way. The fact that they were so honest, shows that they take pride in their work and appreciate their customers.
They were amazing even before that particular repair, but after that they gained a customer for life.
Great with oil changes, tire replacements, and repairs. I would highly recommend you book an appointment for their services.”

“Wanted to thank NAPA Gettysburg for going above and beyond for me last week. Stopped in looking for a fuel pump for a box truck, unfortunately box trucks can be modified after they leave the factory. Mine was and the fuel pump the computer called for wasn’t correct. Thankfully Rich and Jim started researching and after examining my old pump were able to find the exact replacement for me. Years of experience right there and it showed. Highly recommended them for all your parts needs.”

“I got pulled over because of my registration. The officer for some reason decided to have my car in pounded. When I showed up a couple days later to see what I was looking at I found out it was almost $600. Due to the fact of me just emptying out my account to put my security deposit, etc. I was broke and didn’t get paid for another week. A few days later, I get a phone call from B&C asking what my plans were with my car. I explained what was going on at the moment and why I hadn’t been there to get it. Well the gentleman said if I made a payment, he would work with me. Never have I heard of someone doing that. Most people just want the money.”

“My boyfriend needed to have a car junked due to a notice from the borough. After another local business ghosted us three times, he shopped around. He called Hartlaub’s around 8:30, and they told him they’d call him back as soon as they talked to the driver. Within 30 minutes, he not only got a call back, but the driver showed up with a rollback. Everyone was super friendly and willing to help, so I would highly recommend this place.”
