“I've been going to Scott's regularly for about 3 years now. They have always been extremely helpful, kind, and affordable. I have always felt as though I can ask questions and they will answer them thoroughly and factual.
One time, I was having issues with my car's air conditioning and they troubleshooted the issue and quoted me $1,200.00. I agreed to the price and when they opened it up, they found the issue was minor, called me up and explained everything. They then only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the minor repair required. They could have replaced parts unnecessarily and charged me the full $1,200.00, I wouldn't have known either way. The fact that they were so honest, shows that they take pride in their work and appreciate their customers.
They were amazing even before that particular repair, but after that they gained a customer for life.
Great with oil changes, tire replacements, and repairs. I would highly recommend you book an appointment for their services.”

“We dropped our RAV4 off on a Wednesday evening to get the ac fixed and we had it back within two days! This shop knows what they’re doing and even took the time to show us where the leak was inside the car which two different other shops couldn’t find. He took the time to actually look within the engine bay. My cars ac has been running ice cold since!”

“After another local mechanic kept me hanging for 3 weeks, I remembered Randy's. His shop had changed the oil in my Honda a few months ago, I was happy with them then and they have good reviews. Went into the shop, spoke with Randy himself, he was unsure of how much it would cost to replace a part of the HVAC system. I I asked nervously, will it be over $1, 000? He laughed and said NOPE. His reputation precedes him, his shop is immaculate, his front desk staffer, a blonde lady with the patience of a saint made this an easy transaction. When I showed up at 8:00 a.m., I said I would wait until the car was done.
Randy was a little dubious saying well we're pretty full up today it might be this afternoon. I said that's just fine, I do this all the time. 2.5 hours later, it was announced that my car was done, and the total was $115 less then the first shiftless mechanic shop. Very happy with Randy's shop, highest recommendations, you can feel confident that they will take care of you. As far as the shiftless shop goes, that's another review for another time.

No matter it’s a Lexus you still give us a great number. All our cars will only go to Tom Knox auto.”
