“Extremely nice and walks you through everything that needs to be fixed. Doesn’t make you feel dumb if you don’t know what part of the car is damaged called. Brought my car in in the beginning of summer and was able to get it in 1.5 months later, which I thought was pretty quick. Hopefully I don’t have to go back, but definitely will if I have to!”

I was looking for a trustworthy local mechanic after my previous mechanic retired. After doing some research, I found Allison Park Auto. Todd took great care of my Lexus ES350, and I must say I’m very happy with my first experience doing business with him.

“Needed 2 tires to complete my car inspection (at another vendor). Ordered online from Walmart on a Monday afternoon (included free shipping) with expected delivery to the Gibsonia center on Thursday am, so made an appointment for installation at 7 am on Friday morning. Tires were shipped from Florida, arrived when expected. I checked in for my appointment Friday for installation (as they opened) and was out by 7:35. *Noted that, when they test drove it after installation, they had the steering wheel wrapped in plastic to avoid getting it dirty... nice touch! Kudos to Jay (tech) and his assistant (Dev?) as well as Erik who checked me out at the counter when done.”
