“I went in 30 minutes before closing time and needed to have my battery replaced. Jeff was awesome and very professional and friendly. Eric replaced my battery while I waited; drove off 20 minutes later with a new battery. Outstanding service.”
“Tony is the BEST! For years, my husband has gone here for all his batteries, including the one for his Dakota 'belt clip' watch. When the watch stopped keeping accurate time, I took it in for a new battery. Long story short, the watch had finally just died. But Tony took the time to try a couple batteries first, and then he looked online for me to find a similar style of Dakota watch to replace the old one. VERY nice guy. We will continue to go to Batteries Plus.”

Another young lady was also welcoming and both treated me with professionalism, respect and kindness when I needed a “check engine light” checked. MIchael was able to quickly test with a monitor for free. Turned out the code came up saying it was just an oxygen sensor reading which allowed me to safely continue driving. That was such a relief since it was a Sunday and most other places are closed.I highly recommend and will turn to this place for future needs.”

“Edit: I took it back and they fixed it free of charge. So the only complaint is improper diagnosis the first time.Car was making clanking noise when braking. They said it was the brake pads and needs $1200 to fix. Got it done and next day the noise came back.”
“While waiting for my car to be towed, the employee searched on-line, assisting me in determining what my exhaust code meant and if it was covered under my cars warranty which it was! Thanks!!”
