Giant Eagle Pharmacy is a great pharmacy focused on health, providing vaccines and prescriptions. The pharmacy technicians and team members are there to help. The staff are patient and kind, especially to senior citizens. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and work hard to satisfy customers. One team member in particular shows great care, spending time to solve problems and find correct codes to help. The complete crew are wonderful hard workers dedicated to helping their customers.
Kayla saved money for me also. She was very friendly and provided excellent service.

I had to switch pharmacies due to insurance reasons in January, and I have no complaints. Everyone I've interacted with has been very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The drive thru can be busy around 5-6, which is to be expected. This store is a franchise, not corporate, which is also nice all around.

Kayla should be promoted to shift manager in the pharmacy. She's very knowledgeable about her job. She helps the other people that are having trouble. So the customers are satisfied. Keep up the good work Kayla. ♥️
