Was going to CvS in Marx but wanted to have my husbands prescriptions transferred to GE for convenience. Spoke to Kimberly by phone and in person. Very very rude. Told her we had 10 refills left. She argued with me like I was stupid. Told her to look at the bottle. Still argued with me. Very frustrating.

Kayla is the only one that is patient and kind. My mom recently had her insurance approve a name brand medication due to the generic being out of stock everywhere. She called this pharmacy at least 4 times and always got someone who didn’t want to deal with it and said her insurance company was at fault and to call them. Finally my mom got Kayla and Kayla sat on the phone with her for 15 min trying code after code after code until finally finding the correct code that worked. I’ve always had good experiences with Kayla as well. But this just shows you that she cares about her job and helping her customers.

This is the worst pharmacy to go to. They never have your scripts on time. If you are on a medication that you need to take everyday don't go here. This is currently my 4th time in the past year that I have been 2 weeks without medication bc the pharmacy can't get their stuff together. They will try telling you they are waiting on the doctor. It's just they don't want to fill it. Each time I have contacted my doctor and they have already sent prescriptions and refills over.

I got a script put in to this pharmacy today. When I dropped it off the tech said twenty minutes. I got the few things I needed, and came back. I then get told "Sorry, we have a skeleton crew here on a weekend it'll be another thirty minutes. You can either call back and see if it's ready or wait here." I understand being short staffed, but don't tell me twenty minutes and then say it'll be another thirty when I come back. Well, at the time of writing this I'm sick and wanted to come home. By the time I got home and got settled and called, it was ready. The worst part of all of it is my insurance only wants to deal with Giant Eagle. If you have the choice, don't deal with them. They waste and have no respect for your time.

I have edited my original review due to the fact the service has gone down the drain here. I'm tired of prescriptions being out of stock, pharmacy techs who 'have no idea when they'll be in', etc. The price out of pocket is high, too. I've transferred all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Worst experience at drive thru pharmacy for covid testing. Even though we had appointment confirmation and our doctor faxed the lab order to the pharmacy, they kept saying they can’t see the order yet. They said it has to be sent to quest diagnostics which we did and they made us wait from 4:30 till 6:00 pm after which they told us that quest closed a while back and that is why they can’t see the order. Person name was David and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this pharmacy especially when you want a covid test because you have been in contact with someone who tested positive. We had a 3 year old in our car also going through this struggle just because they couldn’t tell us earlier that quest is closed. And they didn’t accept any appointments for next day in our case and they bluntly told us to wait for 1 week to get appointment slot

Worst pharmacy ever.....i waited in the drive thru for 45 mins only to have the pharmacist tell me they can see my order but cant pull my test and give it to me with no reason why. I was told to go home and get on a website to reschedule the test...i have two emails with a confirmation code and appt time and she didnt even want to see them. This is the most ridiculous and unorganized pharmacy i have ever seen , horrible service and not willing to help whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible experience!! In for the holidays to visit for the Holidays and I was told I can not buy a bottle of wine or any alcohol there because I am from Florida. I asked for them to show me fine print and they could not find it and still would not allow me to purchase until managers came and they had to call the guy who sells them the alcohol if Floridians can really buy alcohol there at their store. I'm writing this on behalf of my father. He picked up his prescription for an epipen (first time ever purchasing) and specifically asked the clerk when the expiration date was for the item. The clerk proceeded to tell him to look himself after purchasing the item. When given the chance to examine the expiration date it said March 2021 (he had purchased this October 14, 2020) giving him only 5 months when the recommended shelf life of this product should be 18 months. That means that more than 2/3 of its shelf life was over at this point. Also this item, as many may know, is not cheap (with insurance he spent $165). My father then contacted the pharmacist for an easy resolution and the pharmacists refused, stating that was the only inventory they had in stock. He called several other pharmacies/pharmacists and their expirations dates were at earliest August 2021. Also, if the product would have been bought at their pharmacy they would have no problem exchanging the product. Consumers BEWARE this pharmacy sells near expired product and will refuse exchanges/returns and be rude while doing it! If I could give a negative rating for the clerks/pharmacists/manager at this location I would!
