Ever since Nextier took over the customer service has been absolutely horrendous. They find a reason to give you a hard time about everything and I truly dread having to come here. I will be moving my funds to PNC

Wait time at the drive thru is terrible since the merger. Nowhere near as efficient as the staff at the former site in Northtowne.
