If you don't have a bank account in general and someone wrote you a check from dollar bank, guess what All banks charge for non member fees, and pnc won't even cash it for you if you don't open an an acct!To waive the 9$ fee open an account its 2021 who doesn't have a bank account. I am a small buisness owner and I know how 1 bad review can tarnish a small buisness name..but dollar bank always anwers all of my questions and helped me set up online banking!? don't know why I didn't do it years ago!”
