“There store manager, Jackie, was very friendly and extremely helpful. My wife and I spent well over an hour trying various brands and models to find what was best suited to our needs. We were thrilled with the model we settled on, the Posturepedic Plus Hybrid Firm High Point 14" mattress and Ease Adjustable Base. The ZeroG setting is on the bed is amazing! It feels like you're floating on a cloud. I can't wait for it to be delivered!Edit: It's been two months since we received our new mattress and I've never slept better on any other mattress! We typically only raise the head and foot of the bed a 2 or 3 inches, and for a side sleeper, it really straightens out the spine. My sleep score on my watch / phone app has shown a distinct improvement in my sleep quality, and now I rarely wake up in the middle of the night. I'm even spending more time in REM and deep sleep. I highly recommend this mattress and adjustable base!”

“I don’t like to shop, especially for a boring item like a mattress. But these guys were great, they actually made the experience fun and informative. I purchased a mattress for a guest bedroom and explained it would only be used several times a year.The staff directed me to mattresses in the mid range of prices and explained the pros and cons. A nice shopping experience.”
“My wife and I purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat. We are very pleased with the brand (Flexsteel) and what appears to be high quality. We had a bit of a bad situation where the salesman told us we didn't need to move our old furniture (to our garage) and that the delivery team would. So when the delivery team showed up they told us they weren't allowed to move the old furniture so my daughter and I had to move it while the delivery team was at my house! I was NOT very happy and feel that Levin owes us some sort of discount for this. But even after all that, once we got the furniture we noticed some damage to the leather couch. The delivery team called the warehouse and were told that we can keep the current couch since the holidays were approaching and would deliver a replacement around a week later. They made sure to check over the replacement couch very carefully. The delivery team also did a very nice job ensuring the couch was ok and was very professional and friendly. The reason I'm rating a 5 is because the sales process overall was good, Levin made sure we received a couch we were satisfied with, and mostly because of the very professional and friendly delivery teams we had. I just think Levin needs to make sure their sales team is not telling customers things that the delivery team ends up having to deal with along with unhappy customers.”

“Stopped by the showroom on Mcknight on November 5th. Had the pleasure of working with Phil. He was wonderful! Took the time to explain all the offerings available in the twin sized mattress sets. No pressure, no rush. We felt comfortable taking our time to make a decision. We tested all the beds and discussed pricing. The prices are very reasonable, especially when compared with other mattress stores in the area.We scheduled delivery for November 11th. Wow!!! What a great experience that was. It was completed within the timeframe promised, drivers followed my specific instructions to park in driveway on side of house and we were provide with text messages and calls updating us along the way. The delivery guys had the old mattresses covered and new ones delivered quickly and efficiently! I liked the fact that we are able to schedule delivery on Saturday which was more convenient for us. We had a great experience from start to finish! Would definitely recommend a trip to store if you are mattress shopping!”

“My wife and I have had two wonderful experiences with Macy's Furniture in the past few months and our excellent sales associate, Marty Johnson. Macy's selection was plentiful and the display made it easy to "see" the items in our home. We bought a leather chair and sofa for our living room and liked them so much that a few months later we got the same sofa in a different color along with a power recliner for our family room. We didn't have to wait long and Marty was so personable and thorough each time, making sure we got the best price and best delivery, and checking in with us after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Marty Johnson and Macy's furniture!”

The staff are willing to give helpful advice, but they didn't pressure me into making any decisions.
