BJ, the floor associate, was immediately friendly and welcoming. He didn’t just ask what kind of mattress we were looking for — he took the time to ask about our sleep, health concerns, sleeping positions, snoring, sleep apnea, and what would actually help us rest better. He was very attentive and gave us an interactive demonstration of the adjustable bed frames, as well as the differences between plush, medium, and firm mattresses.
BJ was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed, even though we came in so close to closing time. He worked with us on the numbers and stayed well past closing to help us get great terms on our new Tempur-Pedic bed and adjustable base. We truly appreciated his time, professionalism, and kindness. zero pressure and he spent a great deal of time helping me find the perfect mattress for my son. He even worked with me on some pillows as well. Couldn’t be happier we stopped in. Will be back for all my bedding needs.
Follow Up: Long story short, we had to change the mattress we ordered before it was delivered. Assante took care of the switch easily enough (would only give us the sale price on this one though, but that was fine). After not seeing a credit for a few days, we called Customer Service. They told us it could take over a month to receive the credit we are owed. Which is bizarre in this day. This wouldn’t stop us from coming back, but it’s worth knowing if you are looking here. Delivery went smoothly and we are satisfied with the products we received.”

“Don’s Appliance saved the day — more than once!
I recently had a string of appliance adventures that nobody has in their bucket list. Don’s Appliance first helped me solve a very challenging oven installation problem. Then my daughter’s 2002 dishwasher suddenly started leaking everywhere, and we needed a replacement. And just when we thought we were done with appliance drama, her old refrigerator decided to go to room temperature, not exactly the kind of surprise anyone wants to discover on a Friday morning!
Don’s Appliance jumped right on it and helped us find exactly the right refrigerator for her space. Andrew was incredibly helpful in thinking through the dimensions and came up with some creative options that actually provided more capacity and storage while still fitting the space.
Then came the part I honestly wasn't sure was even possible: getting the new refrigerator up a very tight, twisty townhouse stairwell. The old refrigerator had been there since 2002, and I was looking at the new one thinking, I have no idea how they’re going to get this thing up those stairs.
But they did it!
The delivery crew was exceptional. They carefully removed the old refrigerator, maneuvered the new one through the challenging stairwell, and got it exactly where it needed to go. Their communication, teamwork, professionalism, and efficiency were outstanding.
When your refrigerator suddenly becomes a very large room-temperature cabinet, you want someone who can move quickly, and Don’s Appliance absolutely did.
I’m incredibly grateful for all their help. They were responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely went the extra mile to make some very stressful appliance problems much easier.”
