BJ, the floor associate, was immediately friendly and welcoming. He didn’t just ask what kind of mattress we were looking for — he took the time to ask about our sleep, health concerns, sleeping positions, snoring, sleep apnea, and what would actually help us rest better. He was very attentive and gave us an interactive demonstration of the adjustable bed frames, as well as the differences between plush, medium, and firm mattresses.
BJ was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed, even though we came in so close to closing time. He worked with us on the numbers and stayed well past closing to help us get great terms on our new Tempur-Pedic bed and adjustable base. We truly appreciated his time, professionalism, and kindness. Highly recommend asking for BJ!”

“Assante was awesome. We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Warehouse. There was
zero pressure and he spent a great deal of time helping me find the perfect mattress for my son. He even worked with me on some pillows as well. Couldn’t be happier we stopped in. Will be back for all my bedding needs.
Follow Up: Long story short, we had to change the mattress we ordered before it was delivered. Assante took care of the switch easily enough (would only give us the sale price on this one though, but that was fine). After not seeing a credit for a few days, we called Customer Service. They told us it could take over a month to receive the credit we are owed. Which is bizarre in this day. This wouldn’t stop us from coming back, but it’s worth knowing if you are looking here. Delivery went smoothly and we are satisfied with the products we received.”

“This pertains to the installation. The three young men were awesome! They all took their boots off to avoid making a mess from the snow. They were like a well oiled machine as each person had their assignments separately until it was time to set the cooktop. Everything went very smoothly. These gentlemen were very nice and professional. They answered our questions and never acted like they were in a hurry.
If a video were to be made showing perfect installation, workmanship and professionalism, these three guys would be perfect examples that the entire industry could copy.”

Response time was great, we worked with Sarah and she was accountable, quick to reply and very helpful. It's been a couple of years now but the cabinets still look great and of course, it helps when you take care of them. We highly recommend them!”

My wife, my mother-in-law, and I visited multiple stores while shopping for furniture for our first house, but his helpful, non-pushy approach kept us coming back. He offered thoughtful suggestions, explained the differences in fabrics, and gave honest opinions on colors, which made the decision process so much easier.
We ended up buying our Radley living room set and a dining set from him, and we couldn’t be happier with both the furniture and the experience. “Such a unique and thought-provoking exhibit in a really neat location. The person who worked there was so kind and helpful and all of the art was super interesting. It is very easy and stress free to find parking- there is a small lot available that belongs to the museum but there was also a garage a short walk away that we used. The museum store is full of interesting things to buy as well- art, books, trinkets etc. If you complete their survey, you can get a free sticker as well which appealed to the inner kid in me :) very fun experience at this museum!”
