“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”
“The Mars, Seven Fields, Staples print shop does an excellent job every time we have items printed. They are friendly and helpful and willing to answer any question I may have. At Staples I find everything I need for by business and their prices are competitive.”

I called Staci after realizing I made a mistake on a poster I ordered. Instead of making me do the entire order over again, she told me to email her the new copy, and then she responded and had it ready within an hour. She was kind, resourceful, and definitely left me with a great impression of Staples’s customer service.”

His level of going above and beyond really shows me that this younger generation has so! much! more to offer. And from my experience don’t really get the credit. “The new ownership group is a complete 180 from the prior owners. For years I used to avoid this UPS and purposely drive further to Wexford where service was great (and still is). Guess what?! Both stores are now owned by the same group, and the McCandless customer service and overall service is on par with Wexford. It's been a few months but I can happily say that I don't mind this UPS any longer. Between both locations I'm a daily visitor. Keep up the good work!”
