Every single person from the director, assistant director and teachers are welcoming, transparent and so happy to be with the kids- which is the most important thing! The facility is very welcoming and clean. There is an option for a hot lunch program that has an awesome selection and variety for the kids and is so nice for busy parents to not have to worry about making and packing lunches! In addition, the mobile app and camera system are wonderful tools that are constantly being updated throughout the day, which gives us parents such great peace of mind! Before Stepping Stones, we tried two other daycare/preschool options in the Cranberry area. They run this as a real business. The facility, both indoors and the GREAT outdoor play space is excellent. Staffing is consistent and properly vetted, and the teachers have years of experience under their belts. Just as importantly, they've clearly seen the full range of modern family situations; foster placements, single-parent households, blended families, guardianships and they handle all of it with the same steady grace. No awkwardness, no extra questions, just good care for the kids in front of them.

What stands out most is the basics done right: predictability, accountability, professionalism, and sincere warmth with the kids. You can see it in how our twins interact with their teachers- comfortable, engaged, and happy to be there.

If you're looking for preschools in the area, go visit. A 100% upgrade over anywhere else we tried in a 20 mile radius.”
