“I had an appointment today and the staff was efficient and friendly and did a good job. There were people waiting who didn’t have appts. Suggesting a sign so they can realize that without appt the wait can be long (so they know prior to waiting longer than they thought it would be)

“The lead phlebotomist here—who I recently learned is the only full time employee at this location as LabCorp doesn’t seem rushed to fill out the staffing of this place—is one of the most thorough, kindest, knowledgeable phlebotomists I’ve ever encountered. The staff LabCorp keeps cycling through at the front desk also do their best to check people in and stick to appointment times. Yes, it can get backed up, even with scheduled appointments, but that’s not for the employees’ lack of effort.”

“This was my first visit to this Quest center, and it was a very good visit. I got the text message telling me I could check in, and although that doesn't always seem to work well, this time it did. I was checked in very quickly and was taken back for my bloodwork just a few minutes after I arrived. The phlebotomist was nice and told me what was happening. I hardly felt the needle prick which is always a plus. I was finished and out the door a few minutes later. A great experience.”

“I have been to this facility for several years and I found today's phlebotomist very professional, courteous and competent. I didn't feel a thing and the wait was minimal. I hope this lab continues to exist and was disappointed at the limited hours at this time. I am considered a hard stick at most labs and the staff here have never had a problem.”
