“Phenomenal customer service!! I was recommended by my chiropractor in Limerick and so glad I came by!I own a peloton treadmill and sometimes run outside - wouldn’t really call myself a runner - I just do it for cardio.My husband, 1 year old son and I went into the store today and we were helped by Glen and Oscar who CLEARLY were super knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure we got what we wanted/needed.Glen even helped me figure out why I never got any shoes that were truly comfortable. I always thought I was a 9/9.5, but turns out I’m a 10 wide! I got some Brooks that were perfect for me. I felt it the second I put them on and that’s all thanks to Glen!This will definitely be our go to store and we’ll be telling all our friends about it!Thank you Glen and Oscar, especially for being so kind and understanding about my 1 year old causing a ruckus!”

“I was in this store on Sunday 7/31. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Chris and she was incredibly friendly, positive and helpful. I went to the outlets to look for some pants for work and hadn’t planned on going to just one store. I’d originally gone into the women’s clothing store next door to return something for my wife and then decided to start my search at Perry Ellis since I was right there. My plan was to look at what they had, check some prices and then move on to a few more stores and once I felt like I saw what I liked best go back to whatever store it was and make my purchase.None of that ended up being necessary. Obviously I found pants that I really liked, however, but the main reason that I decided to stop looking was because of Chris. She was a breath of fresh air and made such a positive impression on me that I honestly had to write this review. She is an awesome employee for your company and I hope there is some way that she can be recognized for her work and attitude.Thanks so much for an awesome experience! It’s rare that I need that style of clothing that the store provides and I hope the next time I’m there she will be working. Thanks again!”

“Great selections here at Columbia just wish they had more bigger sizes in store. My daughter brought me a coat last Christmas it was cut very small. I went to return it and was given store credit cause I couldn't find anything in a women's 1x. I was told I had to look online. I go online and find a few items got ready to pay and put the gift card numbers in and the PIN number came off with the sticker. I ended up loosing that order and had to go back into the store, found a pair of leggings and shirt active wear to work out in. They have very good store sales also. Glad I was able to finally use my credit after a whole year !”

“Considering it's the only Converse store nearby, it's pretty decent. The employees are always super friendly. They usually always have the classics in sale, but most people come for their wide clearance section. I wish there was more of a selection of certain sizes in the clearance section, but this is not their fault at all. (Obviously, that's not how clearance sections work) For an outlet store, it has a decent selection of shoes and the best prices. It's always nice to check out before shopping online.”

“My customer experience was exceptional with Alyssa the assistant manager from the Crocs Outlet store in Limerick, Pa. I took my twins to the store on 9/2/23 and bought 2 pairs crocs - after going to the food court - the crocs were stolen and they were devastated. We contacted security and they could not help.I called the store on 9/5/23 to see if someone returned them and told Alyssa the story - where she immediately contacted the district manager who allowed her to mail us the same crocs. Alyssa texted me the tracking number and they arrived on 9/9/23. Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure my twins got their crocs. There should be more people like Alyssa who provide exceptional customer service.”

“My husband gives Merkel a five star for all the manly stuff/ supplies but from a women’s perspective, I would give it a 3 star for its outdated selection.He needed a steel toe work boot and my husband swears this is the only place that has what he needs.Location is simple. Once you see the huge black boot on the side of the road, you’re there lol.Selection is a lot for men but for the women, it wasn’t as much. Now as for their inventory, that’s iffy depending on obviously how popular that item is.Quite a bit of sandals and rain boots for adults and kids.Sneakers for women is good but again it’s not the newest style. They do have quality sneakers for active or work wear. Steel or composite toe for those whose work requires PPE gear.Prices are still reasonable.Service is okay. Sometimes there is staff to help grab the items for you but today it seemed that they didn’t have any staff at all besides the cashier. There were sign’s posted for job opportunities there.Cleanliness is good.Overall- again my husband loves it.”
