“Bolt made it very easy to rent a unit! Our move in day was on a holiday (Memorial Day)and we ended up having to call customer support because our gate key code wouldn’t work. However, the gentleman who helped us (can’t remember his name) deserves endless credit for his patience and kindness. This error was our fault as there are two locations on the road we were on. We were at the wrong location. Once we got into the correct location and got in the unit (10 x 20) , the unit was very clean and absolutely no issues whatsoever! Highly recommend this company! They made our first ever storage unit rental experience a positive one!”
“Used a small unit with west elmira mini storage. Felt very safe on premises . Sign when you leave on right about hours of information. Very hospitable and helpful on phone when I called office. I'll definitely choose west elmira storage again .
