They don't always answer the phone, its rings and rings and then it disconnects. I called again this morning. I was on hold for 25 minutes. I had to disconnect because my hand went numb holding the phone. This is unacceptable. If they need to hire someone to answer the phone.

Ok, it is time to ad to the record of incompetence that this joke of a pharmacy has reached. They don't know basic math. I got a medicine filled which has dire side effects of you just stop death being possible and I got it filled on Aug 27th and they are now telling me due to some store policy( my review) they won't refill until Sept 29th which if anyone that went to pre k can tell you a 30 day supply in a month with 31 days goes to Sept 26th not the 29th. Please for the sake of your health go to any other pharmacy. 8 hate smaller regional stores to fail but I hope if they don't remove that pharmacy the whole store is gone within the year. I have made these complaints and never 1 time have they ever helped or tried to do anything resembleing customer service the pharmacist thinks she is above a dr. Would give lower than a zero if possible, the female pharmacist is just a miserable woman in the male pharmacist doesn't know how to do his job clearly fresh out of school or somebody else was doing his homework. They have this complex at Giant eagle pharmacy that everybody's lives should revolve around them they will give you one day and make you wait another and then say another they won't fix their mistakes and it would all be forgiven if they weren't so disrespectful and arrogant. Can't wait to discuss the last 3 months since I was forced to switch due to rite aid going out of business with corporate. As a new customer app I expected was accurate information and not treated with an attitude and getting different information from each person I talked to. New addition 9/27 now due to these honest reviews they won't fill my meds on time or transfer them out and answer and hang up every time I call.Does anyone have any contact information for any higher up that can actually make anything happen at this particular pharmacy at this particular store it is beyond the line now

Very rude and they don't fill your scripts on time. They say it's not time.So I got tired of fighting with them and went elsewhere. They were able to fill it the same day Giant Eagle said that it was to early. Dont think they can add up days right.Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!!!

Too bad I can't get a certain prescription here due to Giant Eagle being more worried about inventory than taking care of their long time customers..Have to get this prescription at Wegmajlnd now with no issues.

Very rude employees there went to get my daughter allergy medicine said they were low in stock and I had to wait 24 hrs to get it then said it was over the counter they gave me the wrong name of what was send in and watched me look for 20 mins cause they said they didn't know where it was then grabbed the bottle for me after 20 mins with an attitude . After they said it would be a 20 min wait then when I went back they said they never even ordered the prescription and had to wait till after 2 the next day .

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. The pharmacy manager is extremely rude and not helpful at all and would not fill a prescription when we were going out of town. We were told if we needed it to call the on call doctor and have it sent to a pharmacy there.

Pharmacy is staffed by rude nasty incompetent people. Sale items are more expensive than other stores every day price. Watch out forb the fuel perks you paid for because they may be taken from you!!!! Will no longer step into a Giant eagle!
