“I cannot say enough good things about this Target! I normally do pick up orders on my way home from work and they are always so quick and efficient with getting my items and bringing them to me. Today though they were taking a little longer than normal which was not a problem. Stuff happens and I didn't think anything of it. I see one of their employees walking towards me without bags and my heart sank. I was so worried she was going to say I placed the order at the wrong store or that someone else took my items. She was SO apologetic and said they are still trying to find some of my bags but the manager and her just wanted to say sorry for the wait and they are working on solving the problem. I was amazed by their kindness and willingly apologizing. I was not mad or upset by any means but what awesome customer service!! Glen Mills Target, you are the best!!! Your employees and managers are so incredibly kind and always think of others first. Is a 6 star review possible??”

Great in store customer service experience!!!! Plus all the sales associates were pleasant, welcoming, and were generally interested in solving my issue. Great store because of great people!!!”
