The products themselves are excellent; we bought a chair from here over 16 years ago and it is still in near-perfect condition and incredibly comfortable. It had a minor malfunction a few weeks ago, we called the store, they came out and fixed it within 10 mins, no issues since. We decided to purchase a second chair from here last week, and had an exceptional customer service experience. Eric was extraordinarily kind and patient with my elderly, disabled father and went above and beyond to make him feel at ease and compassionately find a chair that suited his specific needs. “I cannot say enough good things about this Target! I normally do pick up orders on my way home from work and they are always so quick and efficient with getting my items and bringing them to me. Today though they were taking a little longer than normal which was not a problem. Stuff happens and I didn't think anything of it. I see one of their employees walking towards me without bags and my heart sank. I was so worried she was going to say I placed the order at the wrong store or that someone else took my items. She was SO apologetic and said they are still trying to find some of my bags but the manager and her just wanted to say sorry for the wait and they are working on solving the problem. I was amazed by their kindness and willingly apologizing. I was not mad or upset by any means but what awesome customer service!! Glen Mills Target, you are the best!!! Your employees and managers are so incredibly kind and always think of others first. Is a 6 star review possible??”

“Working with Susan Lucci was a great experience! I had an idea (famous last words) and I needed "unbiased affirmation" that it was going to work. My family was balking at changing the layout of our family room around, but for years (decades!) I had felt that a total new arrangement, which involved committing to different furniture that would not fit in the room as it was arranged, was the way to go. I respected Ethan Allen's reputation, and on my first visit I met Susan Lucci. I'm sure she thought I was not going to come back, but she listened, and showed me everything she had to offer that may work for me, including fabric selections and wood finishes. I went home with photos and ideas that I could think about in my space, and decided that garnering her actual opinion of my space was the next step. She came out to our home, listened, measured, brought swatches, (agreed with my idea), and created an virtual plan of how the room would look that we could actually look at. I loved it! She helped me decide when I was torn between two fabric colors, or three wood finishes, etc. And she listened to what I didn't like, just as important as what you do like. I can't imagine ever working with anyone else. Susan is creative, thoughtful, professional, kind...And she loves dogs! Who would want to work with anyone else!?!PS My family LOVES the room!”
