“What a great place! And, they have so much more than sheds!! We found our best deal on a great looking gazebo. True colors are often revealed when unforeseen issues arise: It was the day before the delivery and there was a sudden prediction of intense rain and flash flooding. Contacted Paul and he said “no problem” and rescheduled. Not a mention of additional delivery charges. This is a reputable outfit…We’ll be back!!”

“I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. “We took our time making our selection over a period of about two weeks. Robert remembered us as soon as we walked through the door the second visit. There was little sales pressure, and they made us feel they were always there to service us.
Finalizing the sale and securing the financing was literally three minutes.
Robert offered private delivery companies, as this was an outlet purchase.
There was some confusion at pickup as we were not told pickup time would be at noon. We arrived at 10:15, but Adam made sure to make the pickup happen promptly with little interruption.
I need to recognize Marcus from warehouse for being pivotal to having pickup go as smooth as possible.
We are very pleased with the product as well as the purchase experience.”

“Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We went into the Newtown Sq. store knowing what we wanted for our guest room. Omar was professional, friendly, and showed us exactly what we wanted without any kind of standard sales pitch or attempt to upsell, which was very much appreciated. Delivery and setup was great, but it turned out we didnt need the box spring with the platform frame that we purchased. Omar called us the next day to advise us that the credit for the box spring was issued and to make sure everything else was OK. Glad we went to Mattress Firm, highly recommend! Ask for Omar!!”

“Service in the store was amazing. Many customers were coming back in for more of their products. We love the idea of being able to order more parts for this totally modular system when you need it. You can take all the covers off and wash. Even non cushion parts! The entire sofa can have a new make over by ordering covers. It’s well made! We ordered light cream, thinking what’s there to be afraid of now? Delivery was very good and prompt. There was a heads up so we knew to be home for the delivery. Good thing because it came in like 30 boxes and we spend a long time unpacking, pulling components out, and covering the pieces. It took at least 5 hours for a ten piece sofa. It was worth it, and we can see it’s easy for one person to do it all as well. This system is much better made than searching at discount furniture stores. If you wait for a sale, they have free financing for 12 months. If not on sale 24 months. Totally do-able for your first sofa or second or kids room. There was a slight deviation in some of the material when it (some of the cushion material looked different but they said if it’s not right they would take the material back and send new ). I can post a follow up if we are going to return it. Based on our experience so far, I will convince my other daughter to buy her next also! If they could do a 3-5 year financing I’d bet they get a lot more sales.”
