Finally, it occurred to me contact the store in PA where I had made some purchases for my bed. I can’t tell you how different relating with that store is. I thought they represented Sleep Number training and expectations, but that is not true. They solved my problem through patience, intelligence and intention. Unfortunately, that was not true of the other representatives with whom I interacted. I believe the sales staff at the Sleep Number store in PA, 1731 Wilmington West Chester Pike is outstanding.
