Omar was professional, friendly, and showed us exactly what we wanted without any kind of standard sales pitch or attempt to upsell, which was very much appreciated. Delivery and setup was great, but it turned out we didnt need the box spring with the platform frame that we purchased. “We were impressed with the couch we purchased and our sales person, Lisa, really knew her merchandise. If she was even the slightest bit unsure she verified the information to be certain she was giving us the correct and most updated answers. We left the store to consider options only to return with in an hour to make the purchase. This was made not due to Lisa’s diligence. She did not high pressure us but made sure we knew all we needed to in order to make an informed purchase.”
