“Never knew this USPS was here. Had to find the closest office to send my package. I should have read the reviews first to learn that this USPS is a manual one (never knew these existed hehe), which means they don't have a computer system, so no scanning whatsoever. As I needed my prepaid label scanned, I had to go to another USPS - the next closest is 4 minutes away at Thornton (behind Bierhaus). The young lady was nice and helpful. I am unsure the reason for this USPS location, when it doesn't have a computer system, but the location and building is very quaint. The building is right next to a railroad and the entrance is on the rail side.”
“Spoke to John today about a batch of returned mail that we received. He was so helpful. When I said I was unsure where the annex was, he offered to come to office to pick up the returned mail. Wow, we were so appreciative. So nice when you have a employee that goes that extra mile. Thank you!”

“This lady named Lisa is an absolute blessing to this post office. She was so kind and really helped me today. USPS needs more people like her and you would have better ratings. Maybe she should train people because she is awesome.
I really messed up my packages, but her reassuring kind voice helped calm me down and relax, so that I was able to get everything fixed.
