“Our company vehicle caught a flat in Exton, PA and we sought out several auto repair places in the area and were subject to price gouging and extremely poor customer service. Made a call to Whitford and they came to our rescue. Speedy, efficient and courteous service. We were both pleased with the above and beyond customer service as well as the extremely reasonable costs. We were so excited we gave them a $100 tip. He called and told me exactly what was wrong with my car: a tire rod, axle, tires, and a couple of other minor problems. I wasn’t surprised because I do a lot of driving. (Gig worker). I must say he was very honest and upfront with me about the cost and what was most important to get fixed.
