“I came in around 12:15pm (without an appointment) to get my inspection stickers replaced after having a new windshield installed. I also had a rattling noise coming from the rear. Firestone took me in immediately and finished the services in less than an hour. It cost me $18 and was a huge relief to get the stickers back on point in time than risk getting pulled over for not having stickers.
I also appreciated the poster of the company founder talking about honesty in business. There was also another woman in the waiting room and I could tell by the way she spoke with the employees how honest, comfortable, and inviting their level of service was. I’ve been getting raked over the coals by my dealership for years, even with minor services, costing me significant expense and lost time. It is refreshing to find a fair mechanic with such a willingness to help!
The store manager mentioned that the public may still think this location is closed after someone crashed into the building last year and they were closed for a short period, but they are in fact open! I would recommend this Firestone location to anyone looking for efficient service.”
“Joe is awesome! Got my state inspection here as well as a tire replacement a few years ago—they were able to fit me in despite me forgetting to make an appointment. My insurance and registration were also expired but Joe was kind enough to renew the registration and as well as allow me to email my new insurance card to him. He also printed all of this out for me! Prices are amazing too. Great service, Joe is the best!”

“Came in to get my tires filled in a pinch - Wawa siphoned the air from my tires instead of filling them at the station. Staff were welcoming and filled my tires for me quickly despite me overhearing they were busy. Would reccomend going back for maintenance”
