“My husband and I booked with Parque in Feb 2022 for August 2024. Fallyn gave us a tour and was extremely knowledgeable. We went on to have Lindsay as our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She jumped in 6-7 months out and was helpful, I truly cannot rave about her enough. Parque has wedding planning services included which is very rare for wedding venues. But I absolutely see why it’s a must, there’s a reason why brides and grooms have a wonderful experience here! Not to mention the beautiful backdrop and landscape. I wish I could relive this day 1000 times and we owe it to Parque!”

“My husband and I cannot say enough positives about Loch Aerie Mansion. The mansion is incredibly beautiful and elegant. You can feel the history as you walk through the mansion. The team that works with Loch Aerie, including John Serock Catering, VB Ellen Design, and The Master’s Baker, were all phenomenal to work with and made the wedding of our dreams come true. The food was incredible, the decor and flowers were beautiful, and our cake was out of a fairytale (and absolutely delicious!). We had our ceremony indoors at Christmastime and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue. The bridal/groom suites are perfect for getting ready, and the transformation from elegant ceremony space to fun dance floor was perfect! We loved that our guests could move throughout the mansion during the night, so that older guests like grandparents and great aunts & uncles weren’t stuck in the room with the DJ and could sit on luxurious couches in the front rooms to chat and drink coffee. Our experience with Loch Aerie goes beyond the beauty of the space; the owner, Dana, has really created a community, and it has been great to enter that community and attend Loch Aerie’s annual Christmas party! Loch Aerie isn’t just a venue - it felt like it was “ours” for the night - and we were so excited for our friends and family to see it! Our wedding felt stress-free and we spent the entire day enjoying ourselves due to the well-oiled machine that is the team at Loch Aerie!”

“Ceremony off site but reception at terrain! And I meannnnn, idk, what can’t I say about them?! Everything, and I mean everything, was amazing. Guests raved about how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was (shoutout to the chefs!), drinks were amazing (people said the espresso martini was the best they’ve ever had!), and just their overall experience. I don’t have enough adjectives to describe how great the day was. My husband and I’s experience was also amazing from the moment we toured. We got Eileen as our event manager and she truly needs a review of her own but hands down the best person ever, she was so organized, and also very personable. She literally handled any and all hiccups that happened along the way (like when my photobooth didnt show up) and she found a solution instantly, I am so grateful for her. Fernanda my wedding attendant was also amazing, whole staff honestly was great. Terrain was the most perfect reception space for us and we (along with all of our guests) wish we could do it all over again!! It was truly the best day. Will be coming back to the cafe for many anniversary years to come ?”

“The wines are very nice, and a bit higher priced than other nice wines in the liquor store, but the setting is lovely all year round. This time we were outside with the kids. They played on the lawn and met some new pups. The staff here is great. I wish there were a way to do wine tasting outdoors, though, since children are not allowed indoors.”

“We have had our high school swim team banquet in the VIP room for the past 9 years and it's always a big hit! All the swimmers and their families, especially the little brothers and sisters, enjoy all the games and the fun atmosphere. Being able to bring our own food and beverages makes it affordable. We have also had a few graduation parties in the VIP room and again, everyone has a great time and loves having fun while celebrating!”

From the very first visit we felt comfortable - Kayla was not pushy or sales-y, and the entire process seemed like a well-run machine. Kayla is the absolute best; she always answered questions in a timely manner, and she's super accommodating and detail-oriented. Brantwyn is such a beautiful location, and the fact that we could get ready upstairs and truly spend the entire day there was just icing on the cake. The intimate setting was perfect for our smaller sized (86 ppl) wedding, and we were very pleased with the separate dance floor room, as guests who were not dancing could actually visit and carry on conversations without all the noise. Food was top-notch - many guests complimented the quality and variety of entrees. The kitchen was very accommodating with food allergies as well. Staff members were all lovely to interact with. Today I planned take my delicious healthy keto lunch in a beautiful Park in West Town called
Oak
I don't know and wasn't as concerned with the history but it's pristine beautiful lands and a well-preserved building and just a good quiet place to go for a walk and take my healthy lunch. Although a number of other people had the same idea it was very quiet and very pleasant!

And you know how sometimes you get fears going in your head and waste a lot of time? Well mother Nature finally called and I begrudgingly stealed myself for the porta potty experience only to discover it was the cleanest neatest odor free and bright red portapotty I had ever seen or used LOL...
So so much for f e a r future expectations appearing real!
At this park even a porta-potty is part of the positive experience LOL
And as I enjoyed the gentle breeze with all four windows down (my car off, no AC), my sinuses began to act up and I feared once again that I would have to leave and that allergies might become a new thing for me, but lo and behold the homeopathic remedy I brought along with me worked wonders and sneezing and dripping gave way to relaxed peaceful enjoyment!
Joy can be found in tiny moments like this it doesn't need to be a momentous occasion or experience...does it?
I can take a lifetime to unlearn patterns of thinking that jump to conclusions including and especially negative ones, but the journe, and it's different destination, are so worth it!
And it's so nice that Pennsylvania is getting back to warm sunny days today is 81° and gorgeous! #YAYPA!

“A high quality venue for the community was long overdue. The Mill at Rockdale meets that demand, providing our community with an excellent spot to showcase artistic talent.”

“Potential renters need to understand that this is a special, historical, volunteer-run venue and they have specific reasons for what they expect, what they do and how they do it because they're a non-profit. Yes, there are three lavatories, the kitchen is in the basement, and it's best for intimate celebrations - they're upfront about these things. If the space doesn't work for your needs, there are plenty of Red Lobsters, VFW's, and country club spaces you can rent in the area. Don't blame them for being a non-profit with limited hours - the women running the space do the best they can while being full-time professionals and mothers. My daughter-in-law had her reception here years ago and it was lovely. She read the rules, asked good questions and reached out in a timely manner. No venue is perfect, but the Saturday Club is a piece of history and you should feel honored that it exists for you to make memories in.”

“My wife and I have lived here for going on 11 years. From day 1 we knew we made the right choice. Yes there are landscapers and snow removal contractors so we don’t have to do it. And yes there are contractors at times making necessary repairs. Don’t committed homeowners need to do this? With 1710 units clustered over 800 acres we have more open space not counting the golf course than most communities in Chester County. The amenities are amazing as are the vistas. Second best thing we did!”

Our family had a 50th Birthday event for my Sister and they bent over backwards to help us figure out the lanes, teams, recommended food and beverage ideas and even extended the time on one or two lanes for the slower bowlers, so they could finish their 2nd Game. Dan, the Manager, was great to work with and his assistant Shay was lovely. Everyone hadn't bowled in quite awhile and were all reminded of how fun it actually is to go bowling!”

“We absolutely loved Indian orchards farms, It was a rainy day so we did not go to the orchard however the store and the young ladies that helped us were amazing. We got some different types of apple and crimson crisp was for sure our favorite! I'd never had such an amazing apple. We took a lot of pictures, the barn was cool, the whole place was decorated so adorably for Halloween and pumpkin season. Would love to come back again to actually go picking. We drove around the grounds a little bit and it was absolutely beautiful.”
