“Liz and John went above and beyond to help me when UPS effd upped BADLY!!!
I overnighted extremely important paperwork and it got misrouted. When I spoke w UPS they were soooo dismissive and “oh well” about it…I stormed into this store w the absolute understanding these poor people had nooooo control over it yet they jumped in immediately and were so kind and willing to whatever it was they could to help!! Not that it was much as they didn’t cause the issue (can’t kill the messenger!!)….just the kindness, warmth and compass they showed means the absolute world to me!!! (These papers are for probate n my Mother’s passing-needless to say…a delicate situation and a timely one at that!!)
Liz…John…I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for all you tried to do to help…Your kindness and compassion will stay w me always ??”
“I've utilized this little store for everything from buying postage stamps to mailing a very expensive musical instrument (for repairs), and they have always been informative, helpful, and patient. Definitely beats dealing with the carriers directly!”
“The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful in answering my questions and getting my valuable possessions shipped. I was shipping two 33 gallon buckets of photos and it was VERY important that they got to their destination in one piece. The associate suggested some additional packaging beyond just shipping the buckets since they could get beat up and I got the additional packaging. I'm glad I did, the boxes took a bit of a beating but my daughter confirmed the buckets were in perfect condition.”

“The staff at this post office is so helpful. We had to be out of state for several months last year. Using the federal website for forwarding was daunting both setting it up and ending the service. The Post Mistress was so patient and helpful setting me up. She also assisted with a passport issue. My delivery person is friendly and will place heavy boxes by my door as I am disabled now. I can't say enough about them. I have experience with the postal service in Tucson and I can tell you it ranks a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Thomasville ranks a 10+ in my book.”

“I came in here recently to ship mail out and the ladies there were nice and helpful. They were very busy though and only 2 people were working when there were 4-5 people in line. I was in and out within 5-6 minutes which wasn't bad. It sucks though I remember when 4 people would be working here at a time and out-the-door times and mail got out sooner, that isn't the post office's fault though. Keep up the hard work and thank you for helping me with my mail.”

“Had some items printed yesterday. Brianna was AMAZING!! She was beyond helpful and a wizard with my zillion items I had printed for a baby shower. “So now they don't consider new freedom mail "local ". What's up with that. Has to go to Harrisburg in order to be counted since they are paid by the piece. And now their new delivery vehicles take up most the parking. What about the patrons. Worst customer service ever. Been a resist for almost 50 yesrs..”

“I had to ship something out for an exchange and I am terrible with QR codes, bar codes, shipping/mailing & all that jazz! The lady working the counter was super nice and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed to ship my package out. She directed me where I needed to go and then kindly processed my exchange the next day!”
