I mentioned what I thought was correct and she responded very rudely back to me which makes me not want to go there anymore. Sometimes being kind can be a better choice even though the other person misunderstood the question.”

The lady working the counter was super nice and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed to ship my package out.
