“EXCELLENT SERVICE! We were visiting PA for a theater show and on our way back home we got a nail on our tire! We tried looking for a place and Meinike was closed, but Mavis was open on a Sunday! They quickly helped us and also didn’t charge ANYTHING because of the emergency! Free emergency fix on the weekend. Workers were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.”
“Well, i'm getting old, and I don't remember if this is the eighth or the tenth time, maybe more. But today, july twelfth I had my front brakes replaced. Reef was fantastic and very helpful. Phenomenal customer service. Dre, who was the tech, did a great job. On the day before, when I went in to check what the squealing was Mason, as always customer service expert, took great care of me! The technician’s name was Brian, and he was professional and courteous, and on top of the fast and good service they did not charge me anything for it. “I had an oil change done, but the car smelled like oil smoke after the oil was change. I went back to ask them to check it and Josh S. The technician was of great prompt help, called the manager on duty. Josh S. was very courteous and professional.
Coach Sam came out, check the car and explained what happened as few oil drops spelled during changing the Oil filter.
Coach Sam took care of the problem instantly and personally cleaned the oil spell herself.
I was very impressed with their care and professional attitude.
I left very happy and thankful to them that was not a big engine problem.
