I visited an Apple Store twice and then went to Best Buy. They could not solve my cellphone problem. In desperation, I went to Verizon in Glenolden, and within 10 -15 minutes Theo was on his way to success and I was overjoyed - as was my girlfriend. Hooray for Theo!!
