Very knowledgeable, honest, transparent, friendly, timely. Works with you, explains exactly the issues. Great guy to work with. This will be my place for all my future repairs and services for my 328xi (60k miles)5 years and 60k Miles later - I still drive my 328xi thanks to Tyler at Wood Werks. best mechanic I ever experienced!
