Today, I had an urgent issue and they were able get me in and fix it in the same day( the day before they close for the Christmas holiday). Mariah was amazing and kind and saved the day along with the rest of the staff there.”

“Wow this was the all-time best car buying experience that I ever had! I spent the last month doing research on various full size suv's. We were looking at new and certified pre-owned. We went to many dealers and most dealers did not like that I had done my homework to find comparables with bigger discounts. Most were rude and dismissive of all the research I had done. I found a beautiful GMC Yukon Elevation that fit my needs at Joe Ball. I reached out to them and spoke to Jake, who I presented the comparables to and wanted to see if they could work on price to get where I felt that both sides would win. He said they would work on the price so we went out that day and test drove and looked over everything with Bill our salesman. We decided we wanted the car so sat down for the normally strenuous negotations. Our starting point had a decent-sized, but not insurmountable, difference in final price. Bill and Jake did not use any pressure tactics and remained professional throughout the whole process. We went back and forth a few times until they asked where I needed to be to get the deal done. Next time Jake came back, he just came over the shake my hand and congratulate me on the new car cause he got it done. I feel that both sides win on this one. I told them that this was the best car buying experience we ever had and HIGHLY RECOMMEND that any one looking for a GMC go to Joe Ball. There was not a single point in the process that I was unhappy with. I'm glad I took my time to research the cars I was interested in and I'm glad the last stop was Joe Ball GMC. The car is absolutely sick and I feel that the deal was great! Deal with Joe Ball GMC with confidence.”

“My Expedition overheated and dumped all its coolant late afternoon on a Friday on a road trip. We were able to call the shop and they said they would stay late and work on it to get us back on the road. We filled it with water and limped it 4 miles to their shop. They had it fixed and us back on the road by 8pm! We were fully expecting to be stranded in a hotel for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this shop! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and very reasonable!”
