“I’ve been meaning to write this review for months. I could not say better things about BSR, its owner and their mechanic, Jamal. My boyfriend and I were scheduled to visit a dealership for a car and it fell through last minute. We quickly found two vehicles at another dealership an hour away and decided to go since we already had a plan to view cars that evening. We had a mechanic lined up to look at whichever car we liked better. By the time we got there, the other mechanic backed out and every other one was closed…except BSR. Sean answered and immediately had someone on the way, which was an hour drive for the mechanic. Jamal arrived and since he was on site, he was able to look both vehicles over and give us his professional opinion on which one to buy. He knew what he was talking about, was honest and extremely thorough. While this was happening, Sean viewed the CarFax for us and sent them so we could make an informed decision. I highly recommend working with BSR and Jamal, if he’s in your area. We ended up buying a car on the spot, and could not be happier. This company saved us time and money, and were wonderful to work with.”

“George Santilli evaluated my 2018 Volvo S60 (40,000 miles) after dealer said I needed a new trans costing over $12,000. George recommended holding off on dealer replacement and contact Volvo USA. They sent factory rebuilt to dealer and my total cost was $3,000 (labor). George mentored me during this process and when I offered a consultants fee he declined any payment. George did a complete analysis of the transmission, kept my car enclosed in his garage for several days, and did several road tests. An honest master mechanic who deserves community recognition. Also, Volvo USA stepped up big time!”

“Glenside Auto Spa was the right choice to take my car to get detailed.
I had work done at my house and had to park my car elsewhere for about a week. I ended up parking under some conifers that dripped large amounts of sap all over the car.
I first took my car to Glenside Auto Spa for someone to take a look at it, as I was unsure what options were best. Jeff took the time to look over the car and give me his recommendations and suggestions.
I made the appointment easily on their website with no issues. Today was the day and I just got home with what looks like a brand new car. I cannot express enough how great of a job Jeff did in making my car look new again.
