“I took my car for repair due to an accident. Upon arrival I was greeted with courtesy and the repair technician came with me outside and discussed the repair. After 3 1/2 days I went for my car. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the repair absolutely fantastic, they had cleaned my car inside and out. I was shocked! I was happy and pleased! “My wife steered me to this place after reading a Len Lear piece in the Chestnut Hill Local. I picked up my SUV a little while ago, and I am so happy I now know about this garage.I was growing frustrated bringing my SUV back to the dealer, thinking that they must be "the experts" with the vehicles they sell, but they would continually disappoint, because they were either unable to diagnose what was wrong with my truck, or they when they claimed to have fixed an issue, the issue would continue. Such a waste of my time, and money.I made an appointment with Morano Brothers, and dropped my SUV off, describing what an issue I was having, that the GMC dealer couldn't figure out. I think within 24 hours they had diagnosed the problem, called me for authorization, and then 24 hours later, my truck was actually repaired.Morano Bros. are the best. It's so refreshing to deal with actual expert mechanics. They are thorough and know how to communicate.”

“These are kind, honest and helpful people! I first found them when I had a slow leak in my tire. They took a look and told me what the problem was immediately. I couldn’t take care of it just then so they filled my tire and charged me nothing. I went back for the fix and it was a very fair price and well done. I’ve since used them for other things including putting a hitch on my SUV. Dealer quoted me $1700 in labor! Randy talked me through how to order the hitch and installed it - a complicated job - for much much less. “I’ve been meaning to write this review for months. I could not say better things about BSR, its owner and their mechanic, Jamal. My boyfriend and I were scheduled to visit a dealership for a car and it fell through last minute. We quickly found two vehicles at another dealership an hour away and decided to go since we already had a plan to view cars that evening. We had a mechanic lined up to look at whichever car we liked better. By the time we got there, the other mechanic backed out and every other one was closed…except BSR. Sean answered and immediately had someone on the way, which was an hour drive for the mechanic. Jamal arrived and since he was on site, he was able to look both vehicles over and give us his professional opinion on which one to buy. He knew what he was talking about, was honest and extremely thorough. While this was happening, Sean viewed the CarFax for us and sent them so we could make an informed decision. I highly recommend working with BSR and Jamal, if he’s in your area. We ended up buying a car on the spot, and could not be happier. This company saved us time and money, and were wonderful to work with.”
