“I got an interior detailing service. Vacuumed well but left a removable stain on the seat and dashboard. Left a whole soapy droplet mess on all interior windows, including front windshield. I expected better results for this price.Update:After talking to Glenside Auto Spa, they kindly scheduled a new time and fixed my issues at no cost! Thank you!”

“Bill was fantastic to work with - I had gotten the run-around from 3 or 4 dealerships and them having me call their glass guy and everyone made a big production over how payment would be handled from insurance, saying I should pay up front and submit the receipts to be reimbursed later by insurance... I finally call Bill and he very calmly told me yea I deal with State Farm all the time I'm not sure why you were getting a big run around about it with other guys - he ordered original manufacturer's glass, was very transparent with the timeframe for the glass to deliver, once it arrived I was scheduled for installation within 2 days, car was dropped off in the morning and finished by 2pm just as promised, with all sensors recalibrated in-house. paid my $500 deductible and not a cent more. most painless process anyone could have asked for, 10/10 stars hope I never have to replace broken glass again but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else next time.”

“I went there for a PA State Inspection. On my initial call, I explained that I have a new car I purchased in NJ and needed an appointment within a week to avoid the temporary tag expiration date. I was told that if I bring it in first thing the next morning, they'd fit me in. I arrived at 8 am and was told it would take 45 minutes, I took a walk, came back and it was done in 40 minutes. The guys were friendly and professional. I'll go there for my next inspection without hesitation.”

“I contacted MacEntee Auto Glass per the recommendation of North Penn Mazda. A windshield replacement was the only option after a crack appeared within a day of something hitting it. The communication with Erin was courteous, professional and caring. They worked with North Penn Mazda to have the windshield installed and the recalibration done while the car was there for service. I could have taken my car to (the location that exists in almost every city) for the replacement but I am very doubtful I would have been given the same care, consideration and perfectionism that MacEntee showed. “I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.”

I went to Ben's shop on Friday, his kind and courteous staff did a quick fix so I wasn't without my car over the weekend (in case of emergency) and told me to come back Monday morning. “When i got there i thought i couldnt fit down the driveway but you have more then enough room. I got my ram 1500 windshield on 42 percent and matched my two front windows perfectly. The 42 percent on the front is a great choice because it is light enough to see at night but dark enough to keep sun out during the day and not let people see in too well. She does use a good brand of paper compared to others the paper is thick not flimsy which she did show me. All around great job i would go again.”

“I love love love this place. They are truthful and transparent about what they will do and alternatives to save you money. They provide cheaper suggestions to try before coming to them and if they do not work, they are more than happy to help you. I live in Delaware and I plan to visit this shop and get maintenance around me visiting my sister who lives a few blocks down because of their customer service and honesty. I came with my Toyota Celica with one problem and 100% trust it won't come out with another. The only thing is that they can get busy, but its worth it, just call ahead to understand the possible timeline.”

“If there is a need for glass, glass repair this is the company to use. Two large, interior panels of glass needed to be replaced in my home. In a 120+ year old house, this can be exceptionally tricky. The very big, new sidelight appeared to be installed seamlessly. Of course this might not have been truly the case but only because of the true craftsmanship of Michael's Glass contractors, they made installation look like a piece of cake. The second new sidelight, however, could not be fitted due to a badly warped door frame and instead of leaving things, they offered excellent, extremely workable solutions....returned to my house within hours with one of their glass options and just like that, the sidelight was not only repaired but done so perfectly. It looks beautiful. Michael's Glass represents one of the few outstanding companies today that still signifies first rate work at honest prices. The fantastic staff, from customer service to contractors, are quite a bonus! It was a wonderful experience, start to finish.”
