“great place to buy a bicycle! Was a little kid 45 years ago and my daddy, Ron Watt of the Bike Works motorcycle shop (Ron Watt passed away last February and the Bike Works at 25 Easton Rd. has been closed for some time now) bought me a Schwinn BMX bike. Great memories and passed the bicycle shop to and from the Bike Works every day for decades. Suzanne, Ron's wife, also passed away over a year ago.”

“The shop, Jason, and Max were very professional and were able to troubleshoot my shifting problems. It was not an easy one to diagnose and they were able to figure it out and get me back up and running. I have a lot of confidence in the crew at Main Line Cycles in Narberth.”

“Fairmount Bicycles was great to work with, and with such a great location, we came right off the bike path, on to Fairmount, and rode right up to the shop.. A very nice experience!”

“I came in with a last minute problem right before I went out on my weekly ride. I didn’t really have even a minute to spare. I’m so grateful to Joe, the new service manager, for jumping right in my problem, identifying that it was my brake pads in the rear, and swapping them out for me in less than 10 minutes! I made it to my ride in time and the bike rode better than it had in a month! A really outstanding customer experience! Shoutout to Anthony and the rest of the crew for always taking care of me. I don’t live in Ardmore anymore but Trek Ardmore is still my go-to for service and gear. Thanks to all!”

“As always, my experience at Trek, Manayunk, was positive. I had some issues with my tires and without hesitation, Drew took my bike and made the necessary repairs. I appreciate that the work was done on the spot, because I live 25 minutes from the shop, and did not have to come back to pick up the bike. Also, I am now able to ride weekend.”

“There’s a joke (even a play!) about bike shop employees being… less than welcoming. Not at Keystone Bikes. These folks break the stereotype completely. They are genuinely kind, helpful, and respectful, no matter your experience level or whether you fit the typical “cyclist” mold.

I’m so glad I bought my new e-bike from them. The whole experience was smooth, no pressure, and actually enjoyable. I recommend Keystone without reservation. Great people, great shop.”

“Stopped in to check out some Marin gravel bike options. The owner was great, directed me to some local trails and we talked bikes for a good 15 minutes! Support your local bike shop!”

“My bike was due for a tuneup, and one of the cables was short, and i wasn’t able to use all my gears. The tech took the bike, put it up on the lift and diagnosed my problem right away. He said it would be due Friday and I arrived at opening, and it was done. Great professional service!”

“Rented a mountain bike from Cadence and the experience was awesome. Pre-reserved the bike and signed the waiver online and the bike was waiting for me when I showed up. Staff led me through an overview of the bike and made a few adjustments. The bike performed amazingly. Took a 13 mile trip through the Wissahickon and the bike stood up to some serious ascents, descents, logs, and boulders, giving me a lot of confidence in the equipment. For $20/hour (or $80/day) to ride a $3k bike I felt like it was an excellent option for someone who is looking to get into the sport, traveling without a bike of their own, or just wants the convenience. The Landings Kitchen is right across the bridge so you can drop the bike off and wander over and grab a beer and relax in the shade! Highly recommend for friendly and knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere, and hassle free experience!”

“When you shop at Mr. Bill's, it feels like the customer is truly their priority. Bill and his staff are very informative during the bike selection process. They also offer a lot of services once you've purchased your bike, including annual tune-ups and free accessory installs.”

“My husband bought me a Himaway Zebra step through e- bike directly from Himaway several months ago. After trying to ride it I didn’t feel comfortable riding the bike because of the weight of the e-bike. We decided I should probably get a lighter weight or smaller e-bike but wanted to test ride the bike first. I called several Himaway dealers.

Gary at Redline E-bikes was the only Himaway dealer to contact me to answer my questions. Gary said I could come test drive the Himaway Rambler Upgrade e-bike before purchasing the bike. Gary was very knowledgeable about the e-bike and also showed us Sena bike helmets with communicators and blue tooth.

We bought the Himaway Rambler Upgrade e-bike and also the helmets.

Today we rode our Himaway e-bikes 15 miles and I love my new Himaway Rambler Upgrade e-bike. Can’t wait to ride it again tomorrow.?

Thank you Gary for all your help!

If you’re looking for an e-bike contact Gary at Redline e-bikes. I know if we purchase any other e-bikes we will be visiting Gary again.

“I recently went to this bike shop to get a new bike. Mike helped me pick out the new bike and accessories. I don't have much knowledge on bikes, so his knowledge was very much appreciated! He was also very patient on my first test ride, as I didn't understand how the gears worked at first. He was happy to explain how the gears worked and even encouraged me to try again.

He let me take my time in the store and was overall very chill and pleasant. He was happy to anwser all of my questions and concerns. As a very shy person, his friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated during the whole process of buying a bike.”

“I stopped in with a weird bike problem involving a part that’s no longer made. They took apart the problem area, figured out a solution, fixed my bike up, and had me on my way within ten minutes.”
