“I had a 4-wheel alignment done here on 9/2 and follow-up service on 10/15. The rear tires are still showing severe inner-edge wear after ~5,000 miles. I contacted the service advisor multiple times by text and email, but received no reply. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. 12/18 After further inspection and adjustment, the rear tire wear appears to be resolved so far. I will continue to monitor it, but everything looks good at this point. Thank you for the follow-up and support.”

Al and his team were excellent from start to finish. The pricing was excellent, communication was outstanding and the work was completed in a timely fashion without sacrificing quality. They took great care with the car and it is very clear that these guys are true automotive enthusiasts who treat every customer’s car like their own. This is hard to find today!
The shop area was very well kept and organized which says a lot about the professionalism and pride that Al and his team take in their work.
Most importantly, the car handles beautifully now! It takes the bends with ease and the body roll that was previously present is gone! This upgrade has completely transformed the driving experience and as Al said, “It’s like driving a completely different car”. I absolutely plan to work with C&G again in the future. Having a high quality, trustworthy performance shop only ten minutes from my home is a huge bonus.

“They were super communicative and polite. They answered my questions and kept me informed, stuck to the timeline, and got me in quicker then other shops I called. My work was almost $20k so they did a lot of work on the car and everything appeared to be done well. I had a pretty good experience up until the end. I would have given a 5star but I was a little disappointed they left the car dirtier than expected and the car was 5 miles to E so I barely made it to a gas station after pickup. Other than that I would recommend based on their work.”
“I brought our cadillac for a transmission fluid change .During the change the tech noticed there was a leak and Josh actually showed me pictures the tech took of the leak.
The shop were amazing explained the repair in detail .Special thank you to Josh at the front desk for his knowledge in explaining the whole process .It was seamless and done in a timely fashion.

“While in the Pittsburgh area for work, my cv joint and axle broke the night before I was to depart for home (a 250 mile trip). I called several shops the morning I was scheduled to leave and no one could fit me in the schedule for at least 3 or 4 days. At the recommendation of a coworker, they recommended I find a place in Cranberry. Looking at Google maps, I found this Goodyear shop and it was within walking distance from a hotel, should I needed to stay longer due to the repairs.
So I called them and explained what happened and that i was trying to head home later that afternoon. To my surprise they were able to fit me into their schedule that day. So I made arrangements for a tow truck and by 3pm it was fixed.
No doubt they came in clutch and helped me out, and for that I'm extremely grateful. If you find yourself broke down and need a shop who can get you in and out, consider Goodyear.”
“My girlfriend's car randomly had a check engine light come on during her commute to work. I called around and luckily Midas was able to make a spot for her to get it checked last second (called two hours in advanced to see if they had space).
During here time there, they calmed her nerves and had good customer service.
The overall convenience and customer service are worth a visit.”
