“I bought an air filter online and requested curbside pickup. When I got to the store the person on the phone said they didn't have the curbside pickup. Then I was put on hold for a few minutes and when he came back he asked if it was me that was parked in front of the store. I said yes, and then he said hold on a minute. Then he came outside without the filter, which is tiny and weighs nothing, and he asked me to show my ID and the email confirming, which I did. I thought this was really odd because he didn't bring the part out and then went back in and took a few more minutes to bring it out. I'm giving four stars only because it seems that the employees aren't being trained correctly. I actually had to download the app in order to make this purchase and I came here instead of Walmart because of the curbside. I don't want to say anything bad about the store or their employees, because I'm sure they do a great job. And the gentleman who served me was kind, if uninformed. I think maybe they need train staff on correct protocol so they don't give the wrong information to customers.”
“Bob did a great job on my 2004 Yamaha Royal Star Venture. Helped me find matching OEM paint for the front fender and reshaped a tip bar that, well... got out of shape >8) He was easy to work with and gave me a reasonable price for the work he did. Hopefully I will not need his help again, lol... but if I do, I will use him again if I need body work and paint help.Service: Painting”

Most times within 24 hours I had my part in hand. Prices and products are good and reasonably priced. They have often times beat the competition. I like them and will continue to shop with them.”
“We just needed a fuse. But not a car fuse. Walked in and was greeted and acknowledged. Asked if he has this size fuse and instead of pointing, like at the competitors store we were just at, he said Let me show you and walked me to the area and looked with me. Excellent customer service right there. We have a new auto parts place now. Heck with that other place.”
