“I've used Mt. Zion twice now. First time was pretty straightforward and well done- they lifted my truck 3 inches. Took it back in DEC 25 for new rims, tires and upgrading the headlights on my '22 F250. Prices on high side of reasonable but again, did work well. Had an issue in terms of billing and then communication (didn't discuss disposal of rims and tires and other misc.) and raised it with Mike. He responded immediately, very professionally and accepted responsibility and addressed the billing and other issues. Would recommend based on quality of work and responsiveness to any issues- you typically don't see that nowadays. Good ownership.”

“The Kenwood Stereo/Garman GPS unit in our motorhome kept shutting off and turning back on when hitting a bump. I pulled the unit out and took it to Creative Car-Tunes.
Andy diagnosed the problem, and provided the replacement part number to repair it. This unit is no longer available, so it had to be repaired.
The replacement part came in and Andy was kind enough to repair it while I waited. Service was reasonably priced.

For me Mr. Billman waved my deductible both times. I had my other car at the shop last year and he did a very good job on it as well. Highly recommend, I want to give him more than 5 stars because I don't think 5 stars is enough. If you are within 15 miles from the shop they can give you a ride (if needed). “I was greeted on the breezeway by Bret, if I remember his name correctly. (Apologies if I'm incorrect) I was told Jay was going to be my advisor. Well he was all over the place and never once sent a text message letting ne know he was going to be my advisor. My service was done and my car sat in the breezeway too the point it was moved to allow another customer leave. I did speak with Jay until it was time too go. I think he can be good, if he comes down and focus. I know they're extremely busy, however I've had 3 cars from there and saw folks come and go from Service. I wish Jay well, just settle down and you'll do good.”

Previously, had a subpar garage not in Harrisburg to work on my Jeep before, left things go I asked them to fix, bad communication etc. Now my battery kept dying, so I call Harkins, they got me in as I told them I needed my car for the weekend. They open at 8AM, by 10AM the next day they not only had full diagnosis but also EXACT ESTIMATE. Picked it up the next day and everything now working great. Appreciate the promptness but mostly calling me and giving me an exact estimate. Thank you guys!”

“5 stars! Ladies, I feel he is trustworthy. Get a quote and YOU decide where to take YOUR car! I recommended getting a quote from here. Yes the hill to get to HILLTOP is steep, but his prices are not.
He was recommended from my regular car shop and I am very happy with my experience. He used what he could from what was salvagable which was all but 1 piece. He could have hussled me to replace it all. Instead, he helped find the least expensive route. He was transparent about pricing and my options. Offered to touch up a spot to prevent rusting. A curb or three may have been scraped by my back door. Service was quick and looks great!”
