“I was driving from Harrisburg to York and I heard a loud noise in my truck. I was concerned to drive it any further so I stopped at Sheetz in New Cumberland. I called a few shops who were down right rude and did not want to give me the time of day. I called Leahys who were very courteous and asked me questions to see if I needed a tow. After talking with the mechanic we decided I could get the truck to their location safely, in which I did. It was a Friday afternoon at closing time and the mechanics took the time to go over my truck for me and make recommendations. When we decided I could take the truck home, I asked how much I owed and they didn’t want a dollar from me! As a small business owner, this meant more then words can explain. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and informative! I am happy to say I have built a relationship with them and know exactly where to take my vehicles to in the future! “I normally do not leave reviews, but this is the most impressed I’ve been by customer service in a long time. I had a chip in my windshield, and expected to pay to have the chip repaired as I hadn’t fulfilled my insurance deductible (when I had a chip previously, my insurance would not cover the repair since I had not fulfilled my deductible). When I arrived, my car was taken right into the service bay on time, and the desk associate asked why I wasn’t using insurance. I explained the situation and she asked if she could try contacting my insurance as she thought there was a new program that would cover the repair. She ended up getting the repair fully covered, and my service was complete within half an hour. This location works as fast as they can, for as little cost to the customer as possible. They were extremely friendly, had portable phone/outlet chargers, tray tables for people who might need to use a laptop/work while they wait, coffee and snacks, and beautiful Christmas decorations. As I mentioned, it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time and I would definitely recommend this location.”
“I cannot give this company a better review. I was traveling through Harrisburg on my way across Pennsylvania when I was on route 81 and my rear caliper on my jeep started to freeze up and smoke. I called Harrisburg auto and they said to come right over after I told them I was traveling through I needed to continue on my way. When I got to Harrisburg auto they took me in right away put my jeep up on the lift immediately diagnosed the caliper was bad and ordered a new one. They close from 1 o’clock till 2 o’clock in the afternoon and I got there around 12:40 PM. Me and my friends I was traveling with walked down the street to grab some lunch and then by the time we got back at 2:45 but jeep was already fully completed and ready to go. I wanna thank this company for their amazing service and professional attitude with fixing my jeep correctly and getting me back on the road safely. If you ever need an honest and reasonably priced auto shop in your in this area you should definitely use Harrisburg auto Center.”
“I needed 4 tires put on my older Buick. I didn't want NEW. I wanted USED. Made an appointment for the next day. Got there @ 8:00. Was done in an hour. Very nice group of young men. Courteous and efficient. All 4 tires mounted and balanced for $180.00. Just what I wanted. I'm very pleased with my experience at JG Auto Tire Service. My only regret is that they are not in Carlisle. I had to drive into Harrisburg. Otherwise, five stars all around.”

“I have a Black 2019 Mustang GT Convertible that I purchased in 2020 in the Pittsburgh area. Between the dealer there and one locally, "detailing" last year , there were substantial swirl marks and scratches. I took it to Nate, he looked at it, said he could get rid of most defects doing a 2 step paint correction. I opted also to get the 5 yr SB3 ceramic coating. He explained all the steps he would take.He sent an estimate the same day. I agreed to bring it to him. He had it for 4 days. I just picked it up. Wow! The car looked better than the day I bought it. It looks great. Nate definitely delivered on his promises. I highly recommend going to him for any of the services he offers!Services: Steam cleaning”

“At 1st I thought I should look for a larger company to repair my baby, but soon realized size didn’t matter. Jim immediately helped me connect to my Ins Co to get the ball rolling. Although, I was told it might take a week, it only took a couple days. Not only did they repair the damage caused by an 18 wheeler they went the extra mile and gave an “old” crinkle a shot of white paint. They also cleaned my car inside and out. “Let me start by saying the people at Wayne's Auto are top notch.But I went in with a simple spark plug issue but they saw I needed tires and so they recommended i'd get those done first just out of care and respect for their customer. (The tires and spark plugs were about the same in price so there was no cash grab much like a lot of other mechanic shops like to do.) So that shows that they value their customers as people not just income. And when I mentioned that I would need my car done by a certain time they made sure to get it done in a VERY timely manner which I grately appreciate and so for that I recommend anyone and everyone to go to Wayne's AutoI will be back for any bodywork and or mechanical work!!”
