“I had 2 vehicles that needed towed locally and this was done at a very reasonable price. When the driver was pulling into my driveway to tow my 2nd car, he accidentally struck my mailbox with the tow truck and destroyed the wooden post it was attached to. The driver apologized profusely, and the owner said he would fix it right away. That very same day, a gentleman arrived with a new mailbox post and fixed it in less than an hour. Now, that is what I call customer service!”

“I purchased a Volkswagen Eos today.For a 13 year old car, it's in great shape. The owner was super nice. I reached out to him about coming today. He said he was closed for the holiday weekend but would come in if I wanted him to. My wife and I dove 1 1/2 hours to look at the car.He was very honest. Told me about a check engine light that came on. He didn't have to do that because the light was off.Very clean shop and facility. “I have been using Pines Road Garage now for over 5 years and am very happy with the service I have received for the maintenance and upkeep of my vehicles.
