“Been meaning to do this for a month now. Absolutely the best post office in America in my opinion. I'm in Texas, prepaid package was lost and actually never even scanned in as received from me but AMY went above and beyond and located it and got it to the receiver. Was very impressed by her relentless search and her customer service skills are top notch with an absolutely pleasant attitude to boot. Don't know what yall pay her but it isn't enough as that level of customer service is a dying breed. Thank you Amy!!”

“Made an appointment to submit a first time passport application. Barb handled everything for me. Checked my info, took my picture and looked through each line of my application for possible errors. She also informed me of everything I needed to know about the process and time frames. Highly recommend Pottsville Post Office.”
