“I closed my account with HFCU a couple weeks ago due to relocation. Good local credit union out here providing a service. Walk-ins welcome, friendly in person service. Modern features as well you can text them questions! In the time since I moved, I got hit with a few fees, all due to my negligence, and they forgave some when asked. I messaged them to close my account right there in the app! They did so promptly and mailed a check. They will do for you what is necessary and fair. Thank you.”

In addition, my work and consultation with Raj Nair was pleasant and helpful as well. The branch atmosphere was welcoming, happy, and inclusive. The bankers worked together collaboratively and were clearly invested in providing respectful, efficient, and individualized support to all patrons.
Regarding the corporate Luau Fridays, I suggest that Wells Fargo Corporate consider playing music celebrating the Hawaiian language and corporate donations to support indigenous languages and community schools of the Pacific Islands and those of the Diaspora which would provide a more inclusive homage to Hawaiian culture versus luau cultural appropriation.

“The staff their is amazing and super friendly to regulars and visitors.If you have s problem that needs dealt with they'll work together and find a solution for you. The only reason why it's getting not 5 stars is their atm machine outside has too many "out of service " stickers as of recently and quite frankly they should have one out in the front door as well so people don't have to stand or wait around for one atm machine.”
