“Like one in five cars that drive on I-81 with low-profile tires during the delightful construction project and its crater-sized potholes, we got a flat. John bent over backwards to provide different options in real time over the phone, then quickly verified the integrity of the rim when we got to his shop, and then ordered the OEM-recommended tire for delivery the next morning. He went above and beyond and trying to help us out with rental car options, local hotels, etc. He also tolerated some pretty poor decisions I was making while I was still in "fight or flight" mode with various external pressures.
He's going to call us as soon as the tire is in, so we can get on our way and get home. He did everything he could to find solutions at each step of the way. This is what small businesses do that you won't necessarily get at larger chains.”

“Had a bad couple of days...first my battery died and then after getting a jump start was driving around to recharge it when all of a sudden my muffler disconnects from the middle pipe and falls down hanging just by the back rendering the car undriveable. Contacted Kost and spoke with Josh who assured me they could get me taken care of quickly. Josh and Chris went above and beyond to help get my car to the shop, the issue fixed, and showed alot of kindness, care, and compassion to an older disabled person on a limited income who relies on a safe, working ride to get to doctor appointments. Thank you for turning a bad week around and getting me back on the road; best & most caring service I've ever had.”

“Good price on a 4 set of mismatch used tires for something with 75-80% tread life , mounted and balanced , was in and out rather quick, guys working were nice , salesman or owner can probably run some people the wrong way but this is a used tire shop in nepa idk what people expect ! They also stayed open later than posted hours to for me in.”
