“I am not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, maybe they're getting this location confused with another one...I always have a great experience when I stop in here!”

“I purchased a print at an auction house and contacted AJ at the Packaging Store about picking it up and shipping it. From the first e-mail, they responded quickly, communicated often and handled everything very professionally. They made suggestions for saving cost and did everything on schedule. The artwork was packaged securely and professionally. I would definitely use them again!”

“Each time I enter the Quaker Town store in PA, I travel much from NJ, this is the most efficient store with very dedicated employees who go above & beyond. My favorites are Kamalah & Mark. I give this store the highest rating.”

There is one young man in particular (don’t know his name) who goes the extra mile to help!! The owner is so kind, helpful as well!! Pleasure to do business with them!! In a grumpy world this is big smile!!”

“Staples is hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. The store is always incredibly clean and well organized, which makes everything so easy to find and shop for. But what really sets this location apart is the staff—they are absolutely on it. Whether you’re mailing a package, returning an Amazon item, or asking for help with a product, the team is consistently helpful, efficient, and genuinely friendly. You can tell right away that management is doing something right because the staff reflects that level of excellence. I also want to give a huge thank you to Tom, the manager, who took the time to teach me about price matching. Thanks to him, Staples matched an Amazon price for me, saving me $10 and allowing me to complete my $100 purchase right there in-store. I walked out with a genuine Brother product the same day, which was incredibly convenient. While I love Amazon too, there’s something special about having a reliable store like Staples—especially one with such amazing staff. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond!”

“Danise or Danielle (front desk lady) helped us tremendously. She even delayed her lunch to accommodate my elderly mom, which truly meant a lot to us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and polite throughout the entire interaction. We genuinely appreciate all of her help and outstanding customer service.”

“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

“I had to send a few items to France and received outrageous quotes from the UPS store. I went to this post office and the gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me through my options. The costs were a fraction of those I had been quoted by UPS. I'll be coming back to this post office for future shipping needs.”

“I was referred to Craters & Freights in Philadelphia by an auction house, to have a painting shipped from Pennsylvania to Israel. The care taken by Craters & Freighters in Philadelphia, their courtesy, assistance and help were outstanding. The painting was expertly crated, and the shipping was not only timely but surpassed my expectations. The quality of the packing was unparalleled, the attention to details and care were remarkable. I highly recommend Craters & Freighters in Philadelphia for their outstanding services and will definitely approach them again if I will have any item to be shipped to Israel. Thanks ever so much for your excellent job.”

“One thing I like about this Staples is that the employees here are passionate about their work. I have a post office box here and I come in and I feel like I have my own office and workers to boot. They have great products and didn't realize that they also kind of compete with Best Buy as far as gaming and entertainment. I didn't know that! And the chair sale that's going on right now is incredible along with... Check this out! They have a three-year maintenance plan on your chair, so if anything happens to it, they will repair it. That is incredible! This Staples is also in a great plaza where you have places like Target, Chick-fil-A Planet Fitness and so much more. Perfectly centralized.Oh, and they also have an Amazon locker (BUONO) there! You just click on the Amazon message, text message from your phone; it takes you to instructions to open the locker. The locker opens, you get your goods, and you close the locker and go! Easy Peezy!Lol! I saw a lady in front of me go through that very experience and she was just so giddy with laughter on how it was so efficient and easy to get her package.”

801 Gravel Pike, Palm PA 18070

-
427 Main St Ofc, Red Hill PA 18076
“The clerk Jessica at Red Hill is so kind, professional and thorough with each customer. She was a big help today checking into tracking a letter. Dear friends and neighbors, you don’t have to drive to Green Lane to find the nicest clerk anymore! Though as far as I know, they are still nice there, too. East Greenville is decent. Clerks are professional and competent. More convenient parking and closer to Walmart.”

327 W Ridge Pike A, Royersford PA 19468
“Excellent service, the lady treated me with good disposition, she was very patient with me and was very kind even though I don't speak English, I am very grateful!”

165 California Rd, Quakertown PA 18951
“I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.”
