But what really sets this location apart is the staff—they are absolutely on it. You can tell right away that management is doing something right because the staff reflects that level of excellence.
I also want to give a huge thank you to Tom, the manager, who took the time to teach me about price matching. Thanks to him, Staples matched an Amazon price for me, saving me $10 and allowing me to complete my $100 purchase right there in-store. I walked out with a genuine Brother product the same day, which was incredibly convenient. While I love Amazon too, there’s something special about having a reliable store like Staples—especially one with such amazing staff. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond!”

“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

“One thing I like about this Staples is that the employees here are passionate about their work. I have a post office box here and I come in and I feel like I have my own office and workers to boot. They have great products and didn't realize that they also kind of compete with Best Buy as far as gaming and entertainment. I didn't know that! And the chair sale that's going on right now is incredible along with... Check this out! They have a three-year maintenance plan on your chair, so if anything happens to it, they will repair it. That is incredible! This Staples is also in a great plaza where you have places like Target, Chick-fil-A Planet Fitness and so much more. Perfectly centralized.Oh, and they also have an Amazon locker (BUONO) there! You just click on the Amazon message, text message from your phone; it takes you to instructions to open the locker. The locker opens, you get your goods, and you close the locker and go! Easy Peezy!Lol! I saw a lady in front of me go through that very experience and she was just so giddy with laughter on how it was so efficient and easy to get her package.”

“I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.”
